COGG is an incorporated non-profit organization and, as such, is required to hold an Annual General Meeting, It is the only formal club meeting that we hold each year, and is normally held in the first half of November.

The AGM offers an opportunity to set up the flying and competition programs for the next year, elect an executive, and discuss any other important club business. And it is a good time to join or renew club membership for the coming year. All current, past and prospective members are invited to attend.

Notice of each meeting is sent out by e-mail to all members a week or two ahead, advising the venue, date and program,
